Ana Paula Dos Santos
Ana Paula Dos Santos is an adjunct professor admitted to practice law in both New York and Brazil. Her scholarship centers on the harmonization of global privacy laws and the intersection of data protection, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
Ms. Dos Santos brings extensive experience in international legal research, data privacy compliance, civil litigation and victim advocacy. She has articles published in books and magazines. In addition to her research, she is actively engaged in teaching and mentoring students, drawing on her strong background in privacy law, AI governance and international regulatory frameworks.
Ms. Dos Santos currently serves on the McGeorge Alumni Association Board of Directors and works with the California Victims of Crime Resource Center, providing victims with legal information about their rights and guidance throughout the criminal justice system. She manages complex hotline calls, supervises law students and leads outreach to expand access to justice. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English, she also develops multilingual legal resources.
She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Juridical Science (J.S.D.), and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Transnational Business Practice from 色虎视频 McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Faculdades Promove in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
